Arlitech designs various benefit plans for employees, including:

	Bonus Based on the state of operation of Arlitech and individual performance, Arlitech provides different bonuses (e.g. the performance bonus, profit-sharing, year-end bonus) as the incentive.
	Insurance Besides labor insurance, national health insurance, and labor pension required by law, Arlitech offers the general group insurance for more comprehensive protection.
